Returns and refunds

You can return your order for a refund if returned within thirty (30) days from the date you placed your oder.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We recommend returning the item in the original packaging, with packing material to ensure the item is not damaged..

We do not refund the cost of shipping, handling or postage, and you must pay the return postage if you are returning an item. We recommend returning via the USPS as the most economical and using USPS Media Mail for any book return.

To complete your return, we require you to email us with a copy order receipt or proof of purchase plus the return shipping tracking number so we can match to your return. If you purchased one of our products from another website, vendor or bookstore, please return to them.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book that are not in a new, unused condition with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and provided the item is new and within 30 days of you initial order issue you a refund, less any shipping and handling.

Refunds to credit card can sometimes take 2-5 business day to post to your account due to your credit card or bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Sale items, including seconds, are sold as-is and are not eligible for refunds.

Replacement and exchange

We will send you a replacement or exchange item if your product was damaged or defective within thirty (30) days of your original order. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photos of the defects and we will review and if valid ship you a replacement item at our expense.

To return your damaged product, mail it to the return address on the shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
